Example: Automated customer support
This example will show how to create multiple private conversations. There is a customer interface for directly chatting with the support team. And a view for the support team.
If no one is available in the support team, the (super simple) bot will do the talking. Once somebody in the support team is available, the private chat can be taken over and the autoreply will end.
